ABBYY Cloud OCR SDK service was unavailable between 05:01 and 06:54 UTC on November 24th, 2015 due to a networking issue occurred at the Microsoft Azure side: multiple Azure services in West Europe were impacted by this networking issue.
As ABBYY Cloud OCR SDK is running on Microsoft Azure datacenter located in the Netherlands, some of you experienced the issues with a loss of connectivity to the service. Microsoft Azure has reported that the networking issue was resolved at 06:54 UTC, so ABBYY Cloud OCR SDK was also recovered starting from that time.
According to our monitoring system, the ABBYY Cloud OCR SDK service is working as usual now. This incident does not require any actions from our customers.
