ABBYY Cloud OCR SDK service was unavailable between 15:12 and 16:48 UTC on September 9th, 2016 due to a networking issue occurred at the Microsoft Azure side. According to Microsoft Azure status history, multiple Azure services hosted in West Europe and Northern Europe were impacted by this networking issue caused by routing misconfiuration.

As ABBYY Cloud OCR SDK service is running on Microsoft Azure datacenter located in West Europe, you might experienced the issues with a loss of connectivity to the service.

Since 16:48 UTC our service was up and running. Following that, the service computing capacity was increased to process the accumulated tasks queue.

According to our monitoring system, the ABBYY Cloud OCR SDK service is working as usual.
This incident does not require any actions from our customers.
