Between 12:19 and 13:13 UTC on September 27, 2016 ABBYY Cloud OCR SDK was unavailable due to unexpected loss of connectivity to the SQL Azure database server, probably caused by database server's IP address change. Our team continues investigating the root cause of this failure to prevent such incidents in the future.

According to our monitoring system, since 13:13 UTC ABBYY Cloud OCR SDK has successfully restored the connections to the database server and is up and running.

This incident does not require any actions from our customers.
